Next, we use powerful, high performance equipment to extract gallons of water and sewage within minutes. After the water is cleared, we conduct a loss assessment and evaluation of the property and contents. We use infrared moisture detection cameras and applied microbial remediation techniques to check for mold. We use a ventilation and drying process with commercial equipment that is designed to treat areas exposed to water. The fans expedite the drying process and shorten the drying time, while the dehumidifiers work to help dry the microenvironment.

Once temperature, humidity, and moisture content are deemed acceptable according to industry standards, the drying process is complete. The next step is to clean and sanitize damaged areas of the property. Every case of water damage is sure to be different and require a variety of different services.
